The hotel is conveniently located across from Porta Susa railway station, making it very easy to travel to and from the city. The staff at this hotel are helpful and attentive, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, with attention to detail in maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Some rooms have a big balcony, offering a green view and a relaxing space for guests to enjoy.
The mattress in one of the rooms needs to be replaced as it was uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel just minutes away from Porta Susa. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. The room was spacious and well-maintained, making me feel like I was living in a small palazzo rather than a hotel. The breakfast provided in the morning was delicious and the restaurant next door offered excellent supper options. The hotel's perfect location allowed me to easily explore the city center on foot within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, spacious rooms, and convenient location.

We loved the hotel's location right on top of Porta Susa station. It made our travel convenient and saved us a lot of time. the hotel facilities were great - from the clean and spacious rooms to the delicious breakfast spread.

The hotel's location is ideal, adjacent to Torino Porta Susa railway station, making it convenient for travelers arriving by train. There is also a bus station just across the street that offers direct departures to the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with sturdy wooden furniture and wooden floors. The bathroom is large and well-maintained. The staff at the reception is friendly and speaks excellent English, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The breakfast, served in a nearby coffee shop, is excellent and worth the additional cost.
One downside is that the wifi is administered in a slightly inconvenient way, with guests having to obtain a new code every 24 hours. This can be frustrating for guests staying for multiple days, as they have to go downstairs to get a new code each time.
